About the Coffee

• What's in the box?

  Each box contains two recipes that produce a total of five cups, and there is the option of adding more recipes to the box if desired.

• Where do you source your coffee from?

  Coffee Envelope sources premium single-origin organic coffee beans sourced from the best coffee distributors in the USA.

• Is your coffee fresh?

  Yes. It is vacuum-packed and sealed to ensure absolute freshness.

• Do I have to use the brewing recommendations in your recipes?

  No, you don’t. You can brew your coffee in the way you like it, but we encourage you to stick to the recipe and use the correct amount of ingredients as stated in the recipe.

• Do you offer decaffeinated coffee?

  Yes, we do.

Recipes and Ingredients

• Where do you source your ingredients from?

  We support local and all of our ingredients are sourced from local farmers and producers.

• Do I need ingredients in addition to the goods delivered?

  No. All the ingredients you need to make the recipe will be in the box that I delivered. The only ingredient you will need is ice if the recipe calls for it.

• Can I cancel my subscription?

  You can cancel anytime.

• What forms of payment do you accept?

  We accept all forms of cards.

• I have a subscription – when will I be charged?

  Two days before your delivery is shipped.

• Do you have gift subscription?

  Yes, we do.

• Where does Coffee Envelope deliver?

  We are currently only serving California but hoping to branch to other states in the future.

• Do I have to pay for shipping and what are the costs?

  Yes, we charge a flat shipping fee for all deliveries.
